  A. We provide custom and complete astrological reports based on your unique birth details. To offer superficial and incomplete interpretations like many of the free online horoscope readings would only cheapen our purpose.
     
4. Q. Why do you only offer 7 different types of reports? Why not more?
  A. Staying focused on what we do is what makes our reports so informative and complete. We like to keep things that way.
     
5. Q. After I order my Character Profile, what other reports would you recommend?

  A. You deserve to receive exactly what you ordered, therefore you are entitled to an exchange or full refund if the report you order and then receive does not reflect the birth and name details you submitted to us when ordering. We must note though, that due to the custom nature of each report we create, we do not extend refunds under any other circumstance. 1. Q. What information do I need to have before placing an order?

The following information you should have handy:

  1. First and last name (for each individual a report is ordered)
  2. Shipping and Billing Address
  3. Shipping and Billing City, State and Zip Code
  4. Date of Birth (for each individual a report is ordered)
  5. Time of Birth (not required, but recommended for each individual a report is ordered)
  6. Place of Birth (for each individual a report is ordered)
  7. Billing bank or credit card information
     
2. Q. Is there a maximum number of reports I can order?
  A. We have no maximums, you may order as many as you like.
     
3. Q. Do you accept International orders??
  A. Yes, we accept orders from anywhere in the world.
     
4. Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
  A. We gladly accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as well as Visa or Mastercard Bank Cards, Personal Check, and Money Order.
     
5. Q. Is my order delayed if I pay by personal check?
  A. Yes, up to 10 day until the check clears.
     
6. Q. Once I complete my credit/bank card order how will the charge be posted on my credit/bank card statement?

Shipping.

 

1. Q. Do you charge for shipping and handling?
  A. We know that shipping and handling charges can be extremely frustrating. That is why we do not charge for them.
     
2. Q. How will my mailed report(s) be shipped?
  A. All reports are shipped via insured, US priority mail.
     
3. Q. Once my report has been shipped how long does it take before I receive it?
  A. Anywhere from 2 - 7 days is standard.
     
4. Q. How do I know when my report has been shipped?
  A. We send an e-mail to the address you provide us with indicating the day your report was shipped.
     
5. Q. Would I receive my report faster if I order it via e-mail express?
  A. Yes. All of our reports are available this way and are typically completed, and e-mailed within 24 - 48 hours of receipt.
